Very nice design and engineered well. Only thing needs improved is long wood screws for cribbing going into ceiling joist . Cheap, Easy to strip the heads out trying to screw into ceiling joist. I had to use better fasteners.

Power Hoist - Shipped fast. It's better than the older version I had for my JK. I mounted to a 16' ceiling. Overall, It's a keeper but I have 2 issues. The control cord is too short. The literature states the unit will work with ceilings as high as 25'. With a 16' shop ceiling, I have to stand in the bed of the gladiator and can barely reach the controller. Another 5'-10' of cord length would be great. Also, the balance of my top changes as the top is lifted. To get the top to come in level at the mounting height, it sits un-even at the fully lifted height. I gave up trying to make it perfect.
