Do license plate holders fit in the holes beside the winch mount if I end up not attaching a winch?
The majority of the license plate brackets are designed to be used with a Fairlead whether you choose to have the winch in place or not.

How far apart are the tabs on the stinger for a light bar or pod lights?

Are there mounting brackets offered for this bumped to add Rigid Industry light pods or any aftermarket pod lights?
Only the included fog and auxiliary lighting tabs on the the hoop. We don't have added brackets for mounting lights in alternate locations on the bumper. Sorry for any inconvenience.
