Does this work on the 3.6 with etorque?
No, the Mopar 77072433AC Cold Air Intake does not work on the 3.6L engine equipped with the eTorque mild-hybrid system.
Why It Is Not Compatible:
Engine Bay Layout: The eTorque system adds components (such as the motor generator unit and associated wiring/coolant lines) in the engine bay that take up space where standard intake boxes and routing tubes sit.
Official Fitment: Mopar explicitly designs this cold air intake kit only for standard, non-eTorque 3.6L Pentastar V6 engines (as well as excluding Gladiator Mojave hoods).

Not from Mopar. But we have several other brands that offer them for the 2.0: Jeep Performance Intakes

Could I pair this with the Rugged Ridge high/low snorkel so as to avoid cutting the hood?
They have not been test fit with one another, so unfortunately we cannot confirm. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does the CAI also fit the 2.0L turbo?
If you mean the 4 cyl turbo, Im afraid this CAI is only for the 6 cyl 3.6L Thanks for your question.

Does this kit use the stock size oem air filter? Or is it a different size filter than stock?
Yes, If you would like to replace the reusable filter, any filter that is listed as OEM for the JL and JT will fit this kit.

How does this handle the rain? Looks cool but worry about having to pop the hood and install the cover to keep the water out each time it rains. Thanks!
It is fine to handle rain and wet conditions. It is not however IP rated for submergence.

No, Jeep does not publish that data.

Is it necessary or recommended to also add to the exhaust system when adding the aftermarket cold air intake to my 2018 WranglerJLU?
You are not adding volume to the air in the system or changing the filter rate with the intake so the factory exhaust should hold the pressure just fine. A cat-back system would add a nicer tone though.
