Is the grill guard removable?
Yes. The bumper can be ordered with or without the grille guard. Even if you order it with, the grille guard is removable.

What 10k winch will direct fit to this without requiring any factory parts to be relocated on a 2013 JKRU?
A winch will not fit 12-18 JK without relocating the vacuum pump. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Vacuum pump relocation is required for certain winch applications. It is not required if you do not plan to run a winch.
