Will this fit the 2023 JL Rubicon?
It will fit if you are equipped with the plastic molded bumper option but Rough Country states it is not for use with the factory modular or winch ready Rubicon bumper. Thanks for your inquiry.

What do you need to retain the factory led fog lights
Mounting brackets are included for stock fog lamps that use the 4 screws for attachment (Rubicon, Sahara, Overland).
