Great ride, off road and on road

Great shock…. Much better feel and comfortable highway ride. Paired with the teraflex adjustable stabilizer has made road trips much more better. Currently set up with 3.5 in lift and 35’s…. Well worth the money vs my previous upgraded shocks.

Performance and warranty

Highly recommended. My option list within a price bracket came down to Fox or these and I am happy with my selection so far. I looked at a video on installation, the rear shocks were far easier to install. It took just over two hours using a fully stocked shop to install by myself. My only tricky part I found beside getting the axle height right was dialing right or left (360°). Well made and I am glad I chose as I did. Thanks Quadratec for getting to me in three days and without damage to items, broken, or missing pieces.

Purchased in April 2025 and in June the left front shock started leaking. Contacted Quadratec and was told to contact Teraflex for warranty. Contacted Teraflex and had a new shock in about 2 weeks. Fast forward to December 2025 and the left rear shock starts leaking. Contacted Teraflex again expecting the same easy exchange, but not this time! They now want me to jump through hoops to get a new shock. My favorite option they gave me was to send the shock in at my expense for a rebuild and not be able to drive my Jeep for up to 4 weeks. Having 2 shocks develop leaks in less than a year is a joke. So much for quality control. I'm done with Teraflex and their Falcon shocks. These shocks will be going in the trash and replaced with Bilsteins.
