No, the Tru-Fit Rear Cargo Liner for the 2-door Jeep Wrangler JK does not come with slots or punch-outs for the rear bench seat.

I have 2010 Sahara with premium sound, factory installed woofer in the right rear corner. will this fit or would I have to modify the mat or remove and reinstall the speaker? I removed the rear seat years ago, it was useless and in the way.
There is an option in the drop-down menu for both with and without subwoofers. Just select the correct vehicle options before adding to your cart.

I have a 2012 2 door wrangler I am wanting a cargo liner to work under my back seat, will this one work?
