Is there a difference between this listing and https://www.quadratec.com/p/overtread/skyline-led-projector-headlights-wrangler-jl-gladiator-jt-19048. Are either manufacturers/suppliers associated with the OEM JL LED lamps?
They are very similar in construction and optics. They may be made by the same manufacturer that builds these headlights for Mopar.

Install directions available?
No..not yet. They are pretty much plug and play except the halo light. There are two different ways you can run it. One is to tap them into the factory marker lights. The other way is to wire them into the factory auxiliary switch panel

Are these headlights identical in performance to the stock factory JL LEDs?
These are comparable to the factory LED headlights.

Do these require a dealer flash for the DRL?
These lamps do not need a dealer flash.
