Does this seat have 4 bolt in attachments? One on each corner, or does it have two in front and one in rear center? Is it a direct fit with existing bolt pattern?
For direct bolt-in applications (Jeep CJ5, CJ7, YJ), yes, it uses 4 bolt attachments.

What are the dimension's of it ? And will it fit a CJ-5 1980 Model ?
33.5" wide, 20.5" from front to back, and 20" tall. The Safari Jeep® seat is a direct bolt-in to most CJ5s and all CJ7s and YJs. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does it come with the mouth as well
It will directly bolt into a CJ or YJ that had a factory fold & tumble seat. It also comes with two floor mounting brackets for CJ's prior to 1985. Drilling is required with the included brackets when used. Thanks for your inquiry.
