Please tell me what bolts I need to use to attach it to the bumper frame. I'm talking about bolts, not nuts. Thank you.
To attach the Mopar 68277460AB Front Tow Hook Reinforcement to your Jeep Wrangler JL or Gladiator JT bumper frame, you the existing bumper mounting hardware. This reinforcement bracket is a "sandwich" style component that sits behind the bumper. It is held in place by the same studs and nuts that secure the entire bumper assembly to the vehicle's frame horns.

The bottom of this part fixes to tow hook/bumper, the top section fixes to chassis frame doesn't it? what nut and bolt is required for the top section that goes through the chassis frame? Can you please provide link/part number?
The same recommended nut is used on top and bottom to retain a factory tow hook attached to the reinforcement. Tow Hook retaining lock nut. Thanks for your inquiry.

What is this thing?
It is a replacement gusset/bracket that supports the tow hooks from the back. If you have front tow hooks, then you have this on your vehicle as stock equipment
