Well this void the factory warranty
Installing the Banks Power Ram-Air Intake System on your 2018–2021 Jeep Wrangler JL or Gladiator JT will not automatically void your factory warranty.
Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, it is illegal for a dealership or manufacturer to void a warranty simply because an aftermarket part was installed.

When installed will it pass California Smog inspection?
It would be 50 state compliant with CARB E.O. D-161-151 EO for 2018-2021; in-process for 2022. Thanks for your inquiry.
