Will this fit a 92 yj 4.0 with a 2.5 lift and a 8.8 Rear end?

The Crown Automotive part number RT24004 is a Slip Yoke Eliminator (SYE) Kit with a Driveshaft for Jeep Wranglers with the NP231 transfer case and Dana 35 rear axle.
Based on the product descriptions, this kit is designed to fit:
1987-1993 Jeep Wrangler YJ with NP231 Transfer Case.
**19 and 1310 series (3.219" width) U-joints.
Regarding your specific situation:
1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ 4.0L: The RT24004 kit should fit your 1992 YJ as it falls within the 1987-1993 compatibility range for YJs with the NP231 transfer case.
2.5" Lift: This SYE kit is often recommended for Jeeps with suspension lifts (typically 2-6 inches) to correct driveline angles and reduce vibrations caused by the lift. Your 2.5" lift falls within this range.
8.8 Rear Axle: The crucial point here is the rear axle type. The Crown Automotive RT24004 kit is specifically designed for the Dana 35 rear axle. It will likely NOT be compatible with a Ford 8.8 rear axle.
Why it likely won't fit with an 8.8 rear axle:
Yoke Compatibility: The SYE kit replaces the slip yoke on the NP231 transfer case with a fixed yoke designed to work with the provided CV-style driveshaft. The other end of the driveshaft needs to mate correctly with the pinion yoke on your rear axle. A Ford 8.8 axle will have a different pinion yoke and potentially a different U-joint size/series than what is included in this kit, which is intended for a Dana 35.
In conclusion, while the Crown Automotive RT24004 SYE kit should physically fit your 1992 YJ with a 2.5" lift and NP231 transfer case, it is highly unlikely to be compatible with your Ford 8.8 rear axle due to differences in the pinion yoke and U-joint requirements.
Recommendation:
You will likely need to look for a Slip Yoke Eliminator kit and a custom driveshaft that is compatible with your NP231 transfer case and the pinion yoke on your Ford 8.8 rear axle. You may need to purchase the SYE kit and driveshaft separately, specifying the correct connections for your specific setup.

Is the rear output yoke in that kit available by it's self?
I'm having trouble finding it.

Per Crown the 52237-05 is a replacement for the rear output yoke for their RT24004 SYE kit. See the following link.Output Yoke replacement . Thanks for your inquiry.

My drive shaft spacing is 15 7/8 from center to center. How is this going to work??

The SYE includes the appropriate length drive shaft for the SYE kit as long as your have between 2-6" of lift and a NP231 transfer case. Thanks for your inquiry.

do you need to pull the transfer case or can you do this from the back?

Install can be done without removing the entire transfer case. Thanks for your inquiry.

Would I need to use the transfer case lowering spacers on a 2003 TJ with a 3.5 inch lift if I use this SLE?

No the SYE will eliminate the need for and sort of transfer case drop. Thank you for the question

Will this fit a 1995 YJ 4.0L with Rough Country 2.5" Suspension Lift Kit an Automatic Transmission ?

Yes this works with both automatic and manual transmission. Thank you for the question.

Will this fit on a stock 2001 Wrangler

Yes, but it would not be needed for a stock Jeep. It should only be used if your driveshaft pinion angle has been thrown off by lifting your Jeep more than 2" Thanks for your inquiry.

Will this fit a 91 yJ with an Old man suspension 2.5" lift , 32" tire and a Dana 35 ? And will it remove the vibrations from my jeep?

Yes it will fit your Jeep, and that should correct any driveline vibration you have encountered from the adding of suspension lift to your Jeep. Thanks for your inquiry.
