Always keep a couple of these in your glove box!

Recommend pressing the bushing into the eye bolt shift cable before slipping it over the metal rod. Couldn't do it by hand and used needle nose pliers to press it into the eye bolt. Also worth buying 2! Who knows when they will discontinue this part.

This was the right part, and i will said by extra in case your are in the road and you my need one if your jeep is more than 5 year old.

Replacement videos show that the piece should just snap into the transfer linkage. Piece neither slides in nor fits.
