Wellmade shackles. I installed these on my 1985 CJ7 and I had to replace spring hangers to fishbone to accommodate the bigger shackle bolts. Fast shipping!!!

These are advertised as fitting a jeep YJ. I have a 91 and the spring side bushing is bigger than the frame side on the front of my jeep. I ordered a second set of shackles thinking there was a packaging error but they also came with 8 bushings of the same size. I checked the moog replacement part (sb373) for my year and position and it shows 1 1/2 OD like the holes in my springs springs are. I modified the set of shackles and used the moog bushing and made it work. I had to drill out 2 of the holes on the shackles to fit a larger bolt that fit snug into the moog bushings. For full dusclosure, i believe my YJ has a rough country 4" lift kit, but whats wierd is that the moog part is supposed to fit stock springs...

The shackles and bushings are very good quality but the bolts are garbage. I broke 2 of them. They are listed as “zinc plated steel bolts with grease fitting” on the instructions, no grade spec and no markings on the heads of them. They should be at least grade 5. I replaced them with grade 8s from the hardware store and Quadratec did give me a partial refund to cover the cost of replacing the bolts. Fishbone should include better hardware though.
