Will these fit around the factory Mopar rock guards?
No, the factory rock rails will need to be removed to install steps.

Can the step part be painted a different color?
It is not designed to be repainted and it would void the product's warranty, but the part could be professionally sanded and refinished to match body color with an experienced auto refinisher. Thanks for your inquiry.

Will these work on a 2022 gladiator willys with the factory rock rails?
Not without removing the rock rail. Unfortunately they share similar mounting locations too closely for both to be used. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your inquiry.
