Honestly started out as one of those “all my friends have one so I need one” purchases. But dang, I wish I would have gotten it sooner. I have been looking for a mount solution for my recovery boards because I hate leaving them in the garage, or taking up space in the trunk. This works perfectly! Plenty of space for me to add cargo boxes for more recovery gear, or for long road trips space for me to throw luggage! Well made and the aluminum construction made install on my own a breeze.
As another user mentioned, the additional wind noise is negligible, if any at all. 10/10 in my books.

Super easy to install. Lightweight and can be easily adjusted. Great for stealing down some extra luggage or equipment! A great place for mounting your recovery boards! The size is optimal but still allows for use of your freedom panels if you have it on a wrangler.

This aluminum roof rack is so lightweight that you can maneuver it into place during the installation without having to ask someone else to give you a hand.

While these types of racks that use clamps on the rain gutters of the hard top don't have a super high load rating (read: don't stand on this), it's more than enough to carry cargo boxes and other gear. We've used it extensively on overlanding trips to carry camping gear and were able to secure it to the rack using tie-downs.

I also didn't notice any additional wind noise when adding these to my JT but Jeeps are loud as is, and I have likely just become accustomed to road noise so your experience may vary.

It’s super lightweight so it does help with the installation! I was expecting some wind noise or rattle but no .. nothing at all! It’s like it’s not even there! It’s the perfect size to add recovery boards, a high lift or even some storage boxes!
