Had mine powder coated. It provides great support for my bad back on long drives and a good stable place to stand on when downhill, vertical, off-road.

One of those many items that should come standard on Jeep. Provides a welcome place for my left foot, which felt lost without it. Easy to install.

initially didn’t missed the dead pedal … but .. a few days ago found myself foot feeling around for it … this gets high marks researching and lives up to its worthiness … I’m glad i bought it … appreciate having it and it was super easy to install and i’m old … good job … and a sincere thank you for not over engineering and making it functionally pleasing .. it sounds odd but big brain engineers can complicate things and this is perfect …

I’m extremely happy with the Quadratec Driver Side Dead Pedal for my Jeep Wrangler JL. This is one of those upgrades you don’t realize you need until you install it—and then you can’t imagine driving without it.

The added comfort is a game-changer. Before installing this, my left foot didn’t really have a natural place to rest, which caused unnecessary strain on longer drives. Now, I’ve got solid support that makes driving feel more relaxed and controlled.

The build quality is excellent, and it feels sturdy and well-designed—like it should have come standard from the factory. It also gives you better positioning while driving, especially on longer trips or in stop-and-go traffic.

The Quadratec Dead Panel has been on my wishlist for quite some time now & I finally pulled the trigger! I couldn’t be more pleased to finally have a stable & secure platform to rest my foot for all of those long road trips.

An added bonus - you can easily rotate the pedal upward to remove your floor mat & make cleaning the interior easy & breezy. If you have been on the fence or in need of a place to rest your foot while commuting, this is it.

Nice, solid pedal. Very easy to install. I love that it flips up and out of the way when you are taking your floor mats in and out. Curiously, my mounting screw fell out after about a month and 2,000 miles. I'm chalking it up to not having it tight enough. I'll update this review if it happens again. I still highly recommend it!

Took longer to unbox it than to install it. Very high-quality materials, much better than I anticipated. This is truly a less than 10-minute install and the first time driving it after install was a comfort blessing! Great job Quadratec!

Great feel. Very sturdy.

Super easy install and like the rest said, a complete game changer that should be in the Jeep already. No more foot shuffling around. Worth the upgrade for the pad in my opinion.
