No, you cannot install your factory hard top over the MasterTop Bimini Plus Summer Top & Windstopper Combo.
The Bimini Plus top utilizes a specialized header channel that mounts directly to the windshield frame and requires specific footman loops or sport bar mounting points that interfere with the proper seating, weather-stripping seals, and factory bolt-down locations of the hard top shell.
To reinstall your factory hard top, you will need to completely remove the entire Bimini Plus summer top assembly, including the front header channel and straps.

Is it easily removed for a convertible feeling and can be put on when not in the Jeep for weather protection when at work?
It is easily removed to be completely "naked" and put back on for sun protection. I wouldn't rely solely on this top for all weather protection, such as rain. The top coverage is only out to the roll bar, so even with your doors on, there will still be a gap between the roll bar and doors.

I have a sun shade for the front half of the truck that I love. I'd like one of these but I only want the back seat covered and the back windstopper....is there a combo like that?

How does this attach at windshield?
The rubber seal on the front edge of the Bimini must be tucked into the gap between the windshield and the roll bar as shown above to help prevent water from entering the cab. Thanks for your inquiry.

When you remove the top do you have to remove the tabs that were screwed in or can those stay?

I noticed the back of this top attaches to the soft top channel, but I have a hard top. Does that channel exist on a hard top Gladiator, or do I have to buy one?
