My Jeep has the Mopar tailgate reinforcement bracket installed. Are any of the spacers provided with the Quadratec bracket used on the hinge side when installing this product?
When installing the Quadratec Spare Tire Relocation Kit on a Jeep Wrangler JL that already has the Mopar Tailgate Reinforcement Bracket installed, you do not use the spacers provided by Quadratec for the hinge side. The Mopar reinforcement bracket essentially serves as its own spacer/mounting surface.

On 315/70/17 tires does this affect the backup sensors? I’ve seen some that it makes a difference.
The Quadratec Spare Tire Relocation Kit (12226-3011) generally does not affect the functionality of the rear backup sensors (proximity sensors) when using 315/70/17 tires.
Because this kit moves the spare tire up 1.75 inches and out 0.94 inches, it actually provides more breathing room for the sensors located in the bumper. On a JL Wrangler, the 315/70/17 tire (roughly a 35-inch tire) sits high enough with this bracket that it typically does not "blind" the sensors or cause them to beep constantly.

I see the factory tire bump stops are too short now that the bracket is out farther. I'm worried that without them touching the tire, the spare will rattle too much. Do you sell longer bumpers?

This looks like a good option. I can see how it accommodates up to 37" tire. Can you confirm if this will accommodate a 12.5" width tire (35/12.50/17)?
A 12.5" tire will work. The tire used in the Quadratec images is a 315/70R17 which translates to a 12.4" wide tire. Thank you for the question.
