I was a little intimidated at first, but that went away as soon as I opened the box. Everything was laid out and labeled and the instructions were pretty clear. I did it by myself in about 3-4 hours. The top looks great and the material is very high-quality. I have not gotten it wet yet, so I can’t comment to that. The noise level isn’t too bad. This is my first soft top, and there is a bit of wind noise around the windshield header. But it’s not too intrusive. I mean, it’s a Jeep, not a Cadillac.

NO frame to worry about

For the price, this is a perfect alternative to the hardtop in the summer. I did have an issue with one of the tailgate bar clamps and waiting to sort that out with the manufacturer.

Bought the fabric one. It looks nice once installed. Once installed it flaps in the wind (loudly) whether it's open or enclosed. There is also a very noticeable cross draft across the top of the cab when rthe windows and top are all closed. We bought 2 inch foam and velcro strapped it to the entre top of the roll bar to stop the extreme flap. The tailgate retention bar clips are a very thin plastic and do not last. This is the second install and they are barely staying in place. Cross our fingers they stay in place going down the highway.
