I have a 2019 Rubicon JL STOCK RIMS. Will the 33/12.5/17 BAJA Boos AT FIT? Even when aired down?
The stock rims, depending on which you have, may be a little narrow for a 12.5" wide tire. Because the JL's offered a variety of wheel choices, we'd recommend you measure your stock wheels. The ideal wheel width for a 12.5-inch wide tire generally falls within the range of 8.5 to 11 inches.

Mickey Thompson website says 255/85/17 a/ts will only fit a rim up to 8” wide, mine are 8 1/2 wide. Any problems with that width ?
No. You would need a wider tire for your wheel.

While technically possible to install 35-inch tires on a stock height Jeep Gladiator Mojave, you will likely experience some degree of rubbing, especially during turns and suspension compression. Minor modifications or a small lift are often recommended to mitigate these issues.

I have a 2018 Unlimited Rubicon JL. It currently has 17x7.5 rims and LT285/70R17C BSW Tires on it. What is the largest size of the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T I can run on them with out a lift and not have rubbing or other issues?
The 35x12.50 17 should fit without issues on a JL Rubicon without a lift. The 4" backspace should be enough to avoid wheel turning radius rub. Thanks for your inquiry.

I see no tire details...i.e. Load range Max speed I plan to put 305's on an unlifted jeep with hub centric wheels. Will I have any rubbing? What recommendations do you have to not rub? I.E. leveling kit? Minimal lift?
That metric tire should clear without rubbing on wheels with 5.2" of backspacing or less. A leveling kit should be used on a JK running that size for best results.
