Are accessories that connect to the Mopar trail rail system compatible with this rail system? For example some bed racks attach to the trail rail system and other accessories other than Mopar tie down loops.
Yes, they will fit the factory rail system.

Does this work with tonneau covers?
Brands of tonneau covers that are compatible with the Mopar trail rail cargo management system should also be compatible with Teraflex Unita rail system as well. Industry wide, there will be some models that will and some models that will not fit. Thanks for your inquiry.
