Hands down the handiest doo-dad I have purchased for my 2020 Gladiator. It provides a great place to put the key Fob, your cell phone, and other little odds and ends. I was dubious about the tape, but as long as you clean/scrub the surface with Rubbing Alcohol first, let it dry, and press it down hard it holds on well. It probably helps to let the tape set overnight as well before putting anything in it. If it is cold out warm the tape up first with a hair drier. I have had it in my Truck for months now, and it is still stuck in place even after the Hot summer we have had here in SE PA.
