I read a few reviews complaining of drone around 2K rpms. Is it possible that it drones with the 2.0 but not so much with the 3.6? Thank you.

Yes, it is highly possible—and actually a very common phenomenon—for the exact same axle-back exhaust system to exhibit a more noticeable or harsher drone on the 2.0L turbocharged engine than on the 3.6L naturally aspirated V6.
While both engines share the same exhaust routing out the back of the Wrangler JL, the difference in drone characteristics around the 2,000 RPM mark comes down to fundamental differences in engine architecture, acoustic frequencies, and how the transmission behaves.

Any fitment issues on a 2023 Willys 4xe with 2.5" Metalcloak True Dual rate lift?

You won't experience any issues installing it on the 4xe platform itself. Just take an extra moment during installation to visually verify clearance between the driver-side pipe and your Metalcloak rear track bar bracket before tightening everything down. You should not experience fitment issues, just double check clearance as you install.

Would you please clarify whether the two oversized exhaust tips are welded on, or are they clamped on? The product photos show (3) clamps being used, but the video and some customer photos show welded on tips.

The previous design featured welded exhaust tips. This is our latest version that now includes clamp-on tips that can be easily removed on the trail, allowing for quick replacements or the option to swap for different tips.
