does the fabric come installed to the bows and front cross member? i.e. can I simply unclip the old top and replace with the new, leveraging the existing door hardware already on my Jeep?
No, the Bestop Supertop Squareback fabric does not come pre-installed on the bows or front header. When you purchase this kit, you are receiving a complete hardware system that requires a full assembly process.

do you have a soft top only replacement, that does not include hardware?
Bestop does not currently offer a "fabric-only" Replace-a-top specifically for the Supertop Squareback hardware on the Jeep Wrangler JL.

It says it can be fully open or closed. What does that mean.
Fully open on this top, is with the rear windows removed. The top deck will remain in place similar to a safari style bikini. If you wish for a more fully open experience, the Mopar soft top will allow that fully open functionality. Thanks for your inquiry.
