what’s the difference in your fender flares and rough country wf1 they look identical and the directions look the same

While the Quadratec Baja HD and Rough Country WF1 fender flares look nearly identical and share a similar installation process, the primary differences lie in the clearance measurements, country of origin, and warranty coverage.
Both sets are "high-clearance" designs that reuse your factory DRL/turn signal assemblies and are made from TPO (Thermoplastic Olefin), a durable, UV-resistant plastic that doesn't "chalk" or fade like standard ABS.
Which one should you choose?
Choose Quadratec Baja HD if: You prioritize American-made products and want the maximum possible clearance. These flares provide an extra 3 inches of vertical room on Sport/Sahara models, which is an inch more than the Rough Country version, making it easier to fit 37-inch tires with little to no lift.
Choose Rough Country WF1 if: You want a lower entry price and a lifetime warranty. While they offer slightly less vertical clearance (2 inches on Sport/Sahara), they are often more budget-friendly and provide more than enough room for 35-inch tires on a non-lifted Jeep.

What fender inner liners do you suggest I order with these fender flares?

Almost all fender liners will fit with these. Might we suggest taking a look at ours: Quadratec Aluminum Inner Fender Liners

In comparison to Gladiator Rubicon factory flares, what are the differences? From the other comments and item description, there should be approximately 2" of more tire clearance, and approximately the same width as Rubicon factory fenders?

Our rugged Baja HD Fender Flares for the Jeep Gladiator JT offer the same tire coverage as factory Rubicon flares and measure 5/8" wider than Sport flares while providing an additional 3” of vertical tire clearance over Sport and Sahara factory versions.

Do you sell the front or rear separately, as opposed to buying the set?

They are only available as the full set of 4.

Can I use a fender chop drl with these flares?

We have not tested the use of any fender chop setups to allow us to confirm. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Can the OEM liners still be installed with the front flares, or do we have to use aftermarket?

Modifications to the factory liners would be required to retain them. The most compatible fender liner will be Quadratec's but we expect some other brands should also fit. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are they wider than the Rubicon OEM fenders?

They are 5/8" wider than stock flares for all trim level packages. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are these paintable? If not, will you be releasing a paintable version in the future? Thanks.

Yes, they could be, but there would be intensive prep work to get the surface smooth to the point taking the paint appropriately. There are not plans to release a version designed to be painted at this time. Thanks for your inquiry.
