Once the HiJack is installed, will the windshield spray be blocked from hitting the windshield?

No, the windshield washer spray will not be completely blocked, but it will affect the spray pattern depending on your specific Jeep model:
Jeep Wrangler JK (2007–2018): Because the JK uses a single, center-mounted washer nozzle, the fluid sprays directly underneath the main bar of the jack. It will still functional and clear the glass, though you might lose a small amount of overspray.
Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT (2018–2022+): These models feature a dual-nozzle system integrated onto the hood. The brackets are designed to clear these points, allowing the fluid to spray out and over the jack to hit the windshield.
Keep in mind that depending on the exact brand and size of the farm jack you mount to the brackets, you may experience a small amount of mist or deflection when spraying at highway speeds, but the primary spray stream will still reach the glass.
