Do this bumper work with the rear rubicon bed sliders?

The Quadratec QRC Rear Bumper, it is not compatible with the factory Rubicon rear bed sliders (rock rails) without modification.
Overlapping Mounting Points: Both the QRC Rear Bumper and the factory sliders utilize similar mounting locations on the frame and body mounts at the rear of the vehicle.
Space Conflict: The heavy-duty 2-inch steel tubing on the bumper corners is designed to replace the need for separate bed sliders by providing its own integrated protection for those vulnerable rear corners.

Anyway to get this bumper built without the pre-drilled holes for sensors. I do not like using plugs to cover up.

Unfortunately, the Quadratec QRC Rear Bumper for the Jeep Gladiator JT is not available without the pre-drilled holes.

Will the oracle lighting rear bumper reflector lights work with this bumper?

Yes, they will. Thanks for your inquiry.

I note that this bumper does not fit the '23 JT Gladiator? What changed between '22 and '23? I'm wondering if the information just hasn't been updated yet?

2023 model years will also fit without issues. Note Rubicon and Mojave models would require the second tow hook to be removed for use with those trim levels. Thanks for your inquiry.

Can LED lights be installed where the red reflectors go? If so, what size lights would work, i.e. four-inch cube led lights? Thanks!

Yes. Our 3" sleek cube light pair will be a great option for if you wish to not retain your factory lamps. See the following link. Quadratec Sleek 3" Cube Lamp Kit Thanks for your inquiry.

Is this compatible with the back up sensors

Yes it is compatible with your Jeep's proximity sensors when equipped and they can be transferred over. Thanks for your inquiry.

Are you going to make a version that has two tow hook cut outs, for Rubicon or Mojave?

No. Those models would just need to remove the second tow hook to mount the QRC rear JT bumper. Sorry for any inconvenience.
