Will this fold up completely to allow for complete (or mostly complete) bed availability? Probably vertically blocking the back window.
The TACTIK Low Profile Hard Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover provides nearly full bed access, but it does not fold up vertically against the rear window. Like most standard tri-fold covers, this model folds back into two sections that rest on top of the third panel (the one closest to the cab).
