Security and ease of installation

I purchased this cover with the cargo management rails. It arrived in great shape due to the extreme care in packing. quality of the cover is excellent. fitment is ok but that's due to the issues i encountered during installation. The bolts sent to do the installation were to long to use in the management system. the bolts were about a 1/4 inch too long so it wouldn't sinch up the mounting brackets. After i cut the bolts to length and assembled the brackets in the management system it came time to put the cover on. Well, the front "wing nuts" were really tight and difficult to tighten when under the cover and on your back. The back latches took a little while to adjust but finally succumbed to friendly persuasion. Would i recommend it? Yes with reservation as they need to provide shorter bolts and looser wing nuts. would i buy it again? I don't think so I'd probably buy the MOPAR cover instead (i had one on my 22 RAM and i like the fastening better). quality was great, installation was a PITA. Customer service was relatively quick to respond. they asked me to send a video and pictures of the issue. i did and they quickly replied they would send to the tech team and have them look into it. That's been about a week now. if it wasn't so big, i probably would have sent it back.

Does NOT fit 2022 Gladiator Without MOPAR Trail Rail / utility track bed system! Supplied brackets for rear latches are too large to clear the factory welded nuts on inner lip of bed. Also, in order to match up with latches, the brackets would have to mounted on the curved inner part of the trucks rail. They are too wide to stay mounted there no matter how much I tighten them. If you want to fab up your own brackets , you can make it work. Otherwise, get something else from another vendor!!!!
Also, customer service was NO help. They kept referring to the posted installation instructions that were not even for the same bed cover. At least I see now that they finally managed to get the correct set of instructions posted to their website.
