I have a 2025 JT nighthawk edition, will these speakers fit?
The Quadratec Kicker CS Series Plug and Play Kit (18-23) is not compatible with your 2025 Gladiator Nighthawk.
While the Nighthawk edition shares many mechanical components with the earlier Gladiator models, the 2024–2025 interior refresh introduced significant changes to the overhead soundbar. These changes include a new factory speaker size and a different wiring harness, which prevent the 2018–2023 "plug and play" kits from fitting.

I have a 2023 JT with the base model stereo. Can I upgrade to the Quadratec soundbar from you and then later on add a subwoofer?

Is this only for the premium sound package?
These are designed as an upgrade for base model stereos only and are not intended for use with the premium audio packages that come equipped with a factory subwoofer. Thanks for your inquiry.
