They are the same as Quadratec Part #: 12247-0012, essentially (minus the logo) at more than 2/3 less cost $199 vs. $620, no-brainer...

Look great, straightforward install. The driverside fitment was perfect on my gladiator. The passenger side didn't seem like it was cut out enough for the upper spring mount, so I bent it a bit to fit. Also, do yourself a favor and buy 22 fender clips if you are remounting your stock fender flairs. Every single one broke when removing the flares.
