I love the look but hate how they fold in. The mounting post can only be tightened by hand and it just doesn’t get tight enough

If you drive at, or under, the speed limit these are decent mirrors. At 70 mph+ these things fold back and the clamp is too weak to hold them in place. Look for something with a better design if you want usable mirrors while driving at highway speeds.

Yeah, I should’ve read the reviews. It’s impossible to get tight enough. Plus, yeah, it whistles going 20 to 25 miles an hour even. Not impressed with the product quality lately. Both branded and third-party products.

If these are not the worst mirrors on the market, they are close. Good concept but poorly executed. The brackets do not align properly, the quick release needs pliers to tighten enough to hold, and the wind whistling over 35 mph will drive you nuts. Would return, but one of the mounting bolts stripped due to bracket alignment and had to scratched the quick release bolts trying to tighten enough to hold. Very poor design!

Mounting holes don’t align. Attempting to install could cause cross threading. Instant return for me.
