Do this fit a 2018 Unlimited 2.0L with e-Torque?
Not, this is not for use with e-Torque vehicles.

I noticed certain brands of skid plates specify the engine, this one I don't see any. Does this for sure fit the 2021 4 door wrangler rubicon with 2.0l engine?
This will not fit the 2.0L. It is specifically for 3.6L non-eTorque Engines.

This only fits the vehicles with a 3.6L motor.

Can the oil be changed without having to remove the skid plate?
Yes. The engine skid has an access hole for oil changes. Thanks for your inquiry.
