Will these fit the 2018 JL Rubicon with stock halogen and not have to get them flashed for the LED? I saw another comment about needing it flashed.
If you have factory halogen lights, any light changes to LED will require reprogramming - This can be done with a purchased hand-held programmer or through a local dealership that offers reprogramming services (not all dealerships do). The handheld programmers "marry" to the VIN of your vehicle and offer many more functionalities (such as larger tire or gear change re-programming, etc), so we tend to recommend this as it will keep you from frequent trips and high-repeat costs at the dealership over time.

Will this fit a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Texas Trail. The OEM length is 8". Are these 8" or 7" in length.
These are only compatible with the 205mm (8") width version. Fitment: Jeep JL Wrangler: 2018+ (Sport S, Black and Tan, Sport Altitude, Freedom, Sahara, Rubicon, Sahara Altitude, North Edition, Rubicon Recon, High Altitude, Moab.**). Jeep JT Gladiator: 2020+ (Sport S, 80th Anniversary, Overland, Rubicon, Mojave, High Altitude.**). Does not fit Sport, Willys Sport, or Willys trim levels. The Texas Trail trim package would be included in the approved fitment.

2023 Jeep Rubicon. I currently have the halogen ones. Will these fit in the same spot and plug in without any flashing of the computer?
They will fit, but you will need to re-program for the LED lights.

Will these fit the Quadratec Baja fenders ?
Yes they will since they are a direct factory replacement light.
