Is there a wiring diagram available for the light when purchased without the harness?

Quadratec does not provide a standalone "wiring diagram" for the STEALTH Slimline Light Bar with Amber & White DRL in the traditional sense; the wiring is standardized for their pigtail connector.
If you purchased the light bar without the complete harness, it typically includes a wiring pigtail with the following color-coded wires. You can use these to wire the light to an aftermarket switch pod or your Jeep's factory auxiliary switches.
Red Wire: Power (+) for the Main White LED Light Bar (High Power).
White Wire: Power (+) for the White DRL (Daytime Running Light) function.
Yellow (or Amber) Wire: Power (+) for the Amber DRL function.
Black Wire: Ground (-) for all circuits.

Is there a black and/or amber cover available for the 50" version?

Quadratec does not currently manufacture a specific dedicated "snap-on" black or amber cover for the Quadratec STEALTH Slimline Light Bar.

what is the lumen rating on the 20" version of this light?

The 20” version outputs approximately 7,200 lumens (white light).

Can you use the factory AUX switches for these light bars? Can you post the installation instructions?

They can be wired to the factory auxiliary switches. As this does require cutting and splicing, we do not have instructions, however, many YouTube videos exist for instructions on the DIY, or we recommend you take it to a local shop.

What are some options for mounting the two switches? I would like them to be visible while sitting in driver's seat.

Without knowing the model year of your Jeep, it is hard to make suggestions specific to your vehicle. However, there are many styles: A-pillar switch pods, Bluetooth-operated auxiliary banks that can be mounted to your location of choice, lowe dash panel banks, and above the rearview mirror. This will be a good resource: Jeep Switch Pods Use the filter by Jeep feature to eliminate items of non-fitment.

Will this fit my Quadratec QRC front bumper? Do I need to purchase a separate mounting bracket?

Yes, the 20" light bar would fit the bumper. No additional parts are necessary.

What bracket matches up well for the 50" bar above the windshield of a 14 JK? I'm planning on pod lights as well so maybe there's a good combo bracket? Thank you
