Is there any way to order just more of the panels that go on it?
Unfortunately, they are not currently available separately.
Does the half-height version still support a trifold tonneau cover (I have the Tactik tri-fold) or would that only work with the full-height version?
Correct, you will not be able to flip a tri-fold with the half-high rack.
