Does the half-height version still support a trifold tonneau cover (I have the Tactik tri-fold) or would that only work with the full-height version?
Correct, you will not be able to flip a tri-fold with the half-high rack.

Hello, wanted to know if this bed rack will work with the Mopar OEM roll-up tonneau cover for jeep gladiator
At this time, we have only tested fitment with TACTIK 12073-1000 Low Profile Hard Tri-Fold and TACTIK 12073-1300 Lock & Roll Soft Tonneau. We'd recommend you compare the installation manuals of this rack and the tonneau cover you want to pair it with to see if you feel they will fit together.

Is this compatible with the mopar hard tri-fold tonbeau cover?
This has only been test-fitted with TACTIK 12073-1000 Low Profile Hard Tri-Fold and TACTIK 12073-1300 Lock & Roll Soft Tonneau Installation. It may fit other tonneau covers.

The rack’s innovative design allows the use of a tonneau cover while still providing full functionality to protect gear in the truck bed. This means you should be able to install the Lost Canyon rack without needing to remove your Mopar tri-fold cover
