Reviews for DV8 Offroad Door Pocket MOLLE Panels for 18-26 Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT
I absolutely love the DV8 Molle panel door pockets. The install was a breeze. Just cut out the old stretched netting. Remove two screws. then insert the new molle and reinsert the two screws and DONE. They are well made and look so clean. They what you could normally fit in the net, because you were already limited by the amount of space between the door and the seat. The larger opening towards the front end perfectly fits my extra 16oz White Monster energy drink. I used to lay it in the net and it would always end up in the way of the door and the seat, but now that problem is gone!
I bought a 2020 JL as an early birthday present back in Dec. Shortly after, I told the wife I would be ordering a set of these once the tags were paid for. Long story short, there was a pair of these under the tree Christmas morning.
I really like the look and fit of these door pockets. I'll admit, I'm not crazy about the install method, but it is what it is. They are a HUGE improvement over stretched out factory nets. Installation is quick and fairly straight forward.
I may end up putting a set on the wife's JT...
Nicely made and very sturdy. The only thing I don't like about them is you can no longer grab the seat riser bar. You can only touch the front tip of the bar. I got the slim models.
Very rugged and embarrassingly easy to install once you read the instructions. No instructions were included, I had to download them from the website.
Nice quality product. I didn’t realize you had to remove the factory webbing on the door to install, but no big deal. I would suggest leaving the top elastic band to prevent damage to your plastic door liner when removing it. I’m running 2019 rubicon two door, and the only con is remembering to leave your seat in the upright position after removing a passenger. If you don’t and close your door, your lumbar knob will bend the metal.
