DESCRIPTION SAYS UV RESISTENT, HAS THERE BEEN ANY TALK IF THESE HAVE FADED? IF SO HOW LONG BEFORE THEY START TO FADE AND ARE THEY WATER RESISTENT?

The Quadratec Heritage Premium Reclining Front Seats are specifically designed with a UV-tested and resistant vinyl covering to withstand the harsh conditions of an open-top Jeep.
While these seats are engineered to resist the sun's rays, cosmetic UV fading is typically classified as "normal wear and tear" and is generally not covered under the manufacturer's 3-year warranty.
In extreme climates (like the Southwest US), you might see slight lightening after 3–5 years if the Jeep is left uncovered daily. In more moderate climates or if you use a bikini top, they can look new for a decade or more.
Water Resistance
Vinyl Material: Because they are wrapped in automotive-grade vinyl, the surfaces are highly water-resistant. Rainwater will bead up on the seat rather than soaking into the foam, making them very easy to wipe dry.
The "Jeep Factor": While the fabric is water-resistant, the stitching and seams are not 100% waterproof. If left in a heavy downpour, moisture can eventually seep through the needle holes into the foam.
Cleaning: This vinyl construction makes them excellent for trail rigs, as you can easily clean off mud or spills with a damp cloth without staining.

Do you sell a seat cover that fits these seats?

There isn't a custom-fit seat cover specifically labeled for the Quadratec Heritage Premium Reclining Front Seats; however, these seats are designed to mimic the OEM high-back bucket dimensions of the Jeep CJ and Wrangler YJ/TJ.
Because they share a similar footprint with factory "high-back" seats (integrated headrests), many universal-fit and CJ/YJ/TJ high-back specific covers will work. However, since the Heritage seats have reinforced side bolsters, you should look for covers with some "stretch" or those designed for "sport" style bucket seats.
Diver Down Seat Covers - These are designed to fit the OEM high back seats and may fit.

Do these seats tilt or bend Forward?

The Quadratec Heritage Premium Reclining Front Seats do bend/tilt forward, but there is an important distinction between the "reclining" function and the "tilt-and-tumble" function needed to reach the back seat.
1. The Reclining Function (Bending)
What it does: This allows you to adjust the angle of the seat back for driving comfort or to lean the seat all the way back.
Forward Movement: The recliner lever also allows the seat back to tilt forward past the vertical position to a certain degree, which helps when you need to reach for something behind the seat.
2. The "Tilt Forward" for Rear Access (Fold-And-Tumble)
It is important to understand that the seat itself (the backrest) provides the reclining and forward lean, but the "tilting forward" of the entire seat assembly to let passengers into the back is a function of your Jeep's factory seat brackets, not the seat itself.
CJ & YJ Models (1976–1995): These seats bolt directly to your factory "flip" brackets. If your factory passenger seat flips forward toward the dashboard, these seats will flip with it.
TJ Models (1997–2006): These require adapter brackets to work with the factory sliders. Once installed on the adapters, the seats will still slide, and the factory "fold-and-tumble" trigger on your Jeep’s riser will still work to move the seat out of the way for rear passengers.
