Can these but put on WK2 platform?

While the Quadratec Hardrock II Wheel shares the same bolt pattern as the Grand Cherokee WK2, and technically you could, it is not a recommended fitment for that platform due to significant differences in offset and backspacing.

Can I run my 40x13.50R17 tires on these wheels?

While you can technically mount a 40x13.50R17 tire on the Quadratec Hardrock II Wheel, it is not recommended for several safety and performance reasons.
Why It's Not a Perfect Fit
Wheel Width: The Hardrock II is 8.5 inches wide. Most tire manufacturers (like Mickey Thompson or Nitto) require a minimum wheel width of 9 to 10 inches for a 13.50-wide tire. Running a rim that is too narrow can cause the tire to "crown," leading to rapid center-tread wear and unpredictable handling.
Backspacing Issues: The 5.2-inch backspacing is designed to keep tires tucked under the fenders of a JK/JL. With a massive 40x13.50 tire, this high backspacing will almost certainly cause the tire to rub on your frame rails, control arms, and sway bar links during tight turns.
Load Rating: These wheels have a load rating of 2,500 lbs. While that is strong for a Jeep, 40-inch tires place extreme leverage and stress on the wheel structure, especially during off-road impacts.
The Hardrock II is an excellent "factory-plus" wheel for someone running 35x12.50 or even 37x12.50 tires who wants to keep the tires mostly under the fenders. However, for a 40-inch tire, this wheel lacks the width and offset needed for a safe and functional setup.

Is the ring replaceable when it gets beat up from grazing rocks? Looking for a wheel that has a ring guard.

No, this is a faux (or simulated) beadlock, not a true beadlock. Faux bead locks are part of the single-structure wheel itself, while true beadlocks will have the replaceable rings. Brands we carry or can special order that have a true beadlock option include - Black Rhino, Dirty Life, Fittipaldi, Hutchinson, KMC, Method, and Teraflex.
Note: Not all true beadlocks are DOT Approved - If you primarily drive on public roads and occasionally off-road, simulated beadlock wheels might be a safer and legally simpler option to achieve the desired look. If you require the extreme low-pressure capability of true beadlocks for serious off-roading, be aware of potential on-road restrictions and the necessary maintenance.

They do not. Just the 17".

Do factory lugs fit these?

Yes, they do.
Steven H.
Does this wheel have a functional beadlock or simulated?

These are a simulated beadlock.
