Are additional wiring and/or parts needed?
Everything you need for a standard installation—including the light bar, brackets, and wiring harness—is included in the kit! However, you will need a switch to control the light bar (such as an auxiliary switch bank or an aftermarket rocker switch) if your Jeep isn't already equipped with factory AUX switches.
Is there any issues if Freedom panels are taken off temporarily? I’d like to add these to the wish list if I can use this with or without freedom panels in place.

In researching this product, I went to Oracle’s website and it specifically says that it will only fit hard top models. Quadratic’s site specifically states that it hill fit hard or soft tops. So, which is it? I would greatly appreciate any clarification as I have a soft top and and am eager to add this to my Jeep!!! Thanks!!!!
