I asked if I would need a light kit and the answer was no, but I think I wasn't specific enough: will I need to purchase led lamps to fit this bumper or do the stock fog lamps bolt-on to it? Also, if you could supply me with a list of other items I will need such as D Rings, etc, please? Trying to choose between a SmittyBuilt and Warn bumper for front and back.

No, you do not need to buy a separate light kit, as the Smittybilt XRC Gen 3 Front Bumper for Jeep Gladiator/Wrangler JK/JL includes integrated mounting tabs and provisions for auxiliary lights or light bars out of the box.
