Can you see factory fog lights in this bumper ? If so do you need any additional parts ?

Will the vacuum pump have to be moved in order to install this bumper? Also is it stong enough to handle a 12000 lb winch?
The vacuum pump does not have to be relocated and it will work with up to a 12,500lb winch. Thanks for your inquiry.
