Would this match a QRC front bumper?
No, it will not match well. AEV's touch-up paint is specifically formulated to match their proprietary fine-pebble textured black powder coat used on AEV components. QRC bumpers use a standard, coarser black textured powder coat finish, so the sheen and texture will look visibly different.

No. Mopar hardtop paint is offered only in touch up can sizing. AEV paint would be for their bumper line. Mopar Hardtop Paint

Can this product be used to paint the fenders of a Jeep without the worry of it coming off?
No, you would not be able to use this to directly spray your fender flares without worry of them flaking.
