Looks well-made. Nicer welds than some I've seen. Arrived super fast. What sold me was Smittybilt's 5 year finish warranty. Wish it were US-made, though. Easy install- took me longer to find the tools than to install it!

Very easy install and the product works great after 2 seasons of towing a 21' boat with my Jeep.

The receiver was easy to install. Exactly as expected from Smittybilt.

Everything lined up and fitted like it should! Bought this for a hitch cargo rack and works perfectly!

Works well the only thing that I wish it had was the attached nuts which would make it easier to install, but it still installed easily and without dropping the exhaust. I installed it for a bike rack, just wish it was a little longer, but I knew that going in so I can't fault the product. I am thinking about transferring this off of my wife's '15 to my '18 JK and ordering a longer one for her bike rack.
