Does this bolt to the frame or bumper? I have a 1991 YJ with a soft top. Would be cool to be able to use for overlanding as storage or a RTT. I also have an aftermarket rear bumper with tire carrier.
This is body-mounted (front) and bumper-mounted (rear). The rack can support 300lbs of evenly distributed cargo.

Hello! Will this product fit a 2002 Jeep Wrangler TJ? The product image shows a TJ, however the Fitment list does not include the 1997-2006 years.

I'm building a 2 seat overlander and am wondering if this rack base would be able to support a ARB rack with a roof top tent on top. Jeep is a 1991 YJ at stock height and 30x9.50R15 KO2s.
This roof rack will accept a roof top tent, but it is limited to 300 lbs. of evenly distributed weight.
