While the sleeve and buckle "fit" in a 91 YJ, it is definitely NOT an "exact OEM" replacement as it is about 3-4" shorter than the original sleeve and buckle. The buckle portion sits about 1-2" above the seat, when the original was 4-6" and easy to handle. If you need a replacement part it does the job, but not exactly!

Buckle does not fully latch. I ended up removing the old buckle and sewing it to the new strap. I did this because I have access to a commercial sewing machine, which was far easier and quicker than slogging through the returns process.
