Will the window cleaner help with scratches or scuffing on the windows ?
It will not remove or fill in deep scratches or scuffing, though it can help minimize the appearance of very light surface hazing. For actual scratch removal, a dedicated plastic scratch remover or polish is required. The window cleaner included in the Bestop 11215-00 - Cleaner/Protectant Pack is formulated strictly to clean away dirt, grime, and residue rather than remove physical damage.

Can this be used on Sailcloth?
Yes, sailcloth black diamond material (vinyl touch and feel) is precisely what this kit will protect best. This will not be recommended for the Luxury twill fabric found on premium sunrider soft tops or twill aftermarket soft tops. May seem like a silly question, but what is a twill top and how do I know if I have one?
Twill is a premium 4 lay fabric. Unlike Vinyl or Sailcloth, it does not have a glossy finish. Twill material is used by luxury car manufacturers for their soft tops.
