Can you flat-tow with this bumper. I see recovery points. Which tow bar adapters would I need.
The built-in recovery points on ARB bumpers are engineered and rated strictly for vehicle recovery pulls and snatch straps, not for the continuous, multi-directional stress of flat-towing behind a motorhome. Using recovery loops or wrapping brackets around the main bull bar tubing for towing creates serious safety and structural risks.
To flat-tow safely with an ARB-equipped TJ, you have to bypass the bumper entirely by using a direct-to-frame baseplate (like those from Roadmaster or Blue Ox) that ties straight into the vehicle's chassis, or use a bumper specifically designed with integrated, tow-rated tow bar tabs.

Does this bumper come winch ready or are there additional winch plates that need to be purchased?
This bumper does include an integrated winch mount to accept most brands of winches.

Yes, it will. There is approximately 12" between the light mount tabs.
