How do I know which volt option is best for me ? looking for some clarification on where I would use a 24 V over a 12 V
Most will use standard 12 volt power for Jeep applications and locker actuation and tire inflation. 24 Volt would be applicable for appropriate electrical systems when supported in overlanding and vehicles with systems that permit. 24-volt electrical systems are more commonly found in specialized vehicles such as military, railway, and heavy equipment. Do I need a manifold or air tank to air up tires or can it air up tires right out of the box? Will it switch off and restart when I move from one tire to another tire?
You can air tires with the use of an air inflation kit sold separately. ARB Tire Inflation Kit If the fills are prolonged they suggest a reserve tank to help dissipate the compressor heat. It will not control the tire inflation without the kit added. Thanks for your inquiry.
